How it works
We walk your actual process, not a diagram of it. What comes back is a ranked list of what's worth automating, what isn't, and roughly how many hours each one gives you back.
We build it inside your own accounts, on tools you already pay for where possible. Nothing exotic, and nothing you'd need us to translate later.
You get a walkthrough and a written manual, and then you run it. We're on call when something breaks — but the goal is that you don't need us most months.
Where it usually helps
The setting changes; the shape of the problem rarely does. These are the four that come up most, whether it's a business, a nonprofit, a congregation, or a household.
Anything where availability lives in one person's head and gets confirmed over text. It becomes a page other people can book themselves, wired to a sheet you can still read and correct by hand.
The reminder a week out, the second nudge, the thank-you afterwards. Written once, sent on time, every time — without anybody remembering to.
Retyping the same details into a form, a spreadsheet, a calendar, and an email. That's the cheapest thing to remove and usually the largest share of the wasted hours.
Sorting what arrived, deciding what needs an answer, and drafting the reply you were going to write anyway. You still read and send it — you just stop starting from a blank page.
