Q1 · Jan to Mar 2026
To our investors, partners, and subscribers,
As we close out the first quarter of 2026, we are excited to share an update on where IGS Global stands, what we have accomplished, and the road ahead. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we have revamped our newsletter. Going forward, you can expect to hear from us the first week following the close of each quarter. As always, we are grateful to have a community that believes in what we are building. We hope you're just as excited as we are.
We want to share that Adrian Davis has resigned as Chief Operating Officer at IGS Global, effective January 2026. Adrian has been part of IGS from the very beginning, and his contributions to the company's foundation are much appreciated. We are thankful for the dedication he brought to the team and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
As we move forward, IGS Global's leadership team is as follows:
We are confident this team is well-positioned to execute, grow, and continue moving IGS forward. We believe the best is yet to come.
Let's talk about what IGS has been up to. We are proud of the ground we've covered, an impressive step forward, especially given how short the timeframe has been.
A complete migration of our trading-strategy code from TradeStation (EasyLanguage) to NinjaTrader 8 (C# / NinjaScript), converting years of proprietary logic into an entirely new language and platform. The conversion was a full success.
A sophisticated stop-loss system: individual position stops per scale, a dynamic retracement stop, cascading break-even logic, and a recovery & scale-out engine. Each component was built, reviewed, and validated standalone before integration.
Deployed an inverse trade-entry system that lets the strategy (KIBS V1) seamlessly flip from long to short or short to long based on live patterns, a meaningful enhancement that opens up both sides of the market.
Industry-grade equipment built for the demands of our trading models: the processing power, memory, and CPU/GPU capacity to run optimizations with no lag, no bottlenecks, and instant execution. Worth every penny.
We believe in keeping our investors fully informed about the wins and the obstacles. Here is where we stand today.
TradeStation could not support the level of strategy complexity and optimization our models require. We halted live trading and moved to NinjaTrader, which gives us the flexibility, depth, and performance an algorithmic operation demands. The conversion is a success, and we are not looking back.
Advanced models, backtests, and optimizations require serious horsepower. Our previous setup wasn't built for it, so we invested in the right equipment: the CPU, GPU, and memory capacity to operate at the level this work demands. No lag. Instant execution.
With all core components built and validated, we are in the active optimization phase, running the strategy through historical data to fine-tune parameters, identify edge cases, and ensure peak performance before live deployment. The final step before we go live for the second time, treated with the rigor it deserves.
A high-level view of our timeline as we move toward our second live trading launch.
Comprehensive backtests and parameter optimization on KIBS V1, validating all components work together seamlessly under historical conditions. Our current priority.
A walk-forward testing deployment, running the newly converted code against real-time data in a controlled environment. Our final proof of concept and the last critical checkpoint before going live.
KIBS V1 fully active in live markets, executing in real time with real capital. We monitor results closely and make final adjustments to ensure the strategy operates at its highest level.
Regulatory and legal groundwork to formally manage outside capital: Series 3 and Series 24 licensing, and registration as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) with the CFTC and NFA.
"Let's fail now, so that we can get to success faster."
Justin
Selena and I are deeply grateful for your continued trust and support. Building something real takes time, and we constantly face challenges, but we are committed to doing this the right way, learning from our mistakes to get closer to the goal. I always tell my team: let's fail now, so we get to success faster. Q1 was a quarter of building, converting, and problem-solving. Q2 is where we execute our ideas into tangible performance.
As always, we thank you for being a part of the IGS story. We will continue to keep you informed.
Cheers,
